Payment & Delivery Policy
1. General Information
This policy applies to all purchases and bookings made through TonkinsonARTmasters (TAM), operated by Leone Tonkinson, Vliegdenweg 10, 1406 MZ Bussum, The Netherlands.
By placing an order or booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Bank transfer (preferred): Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.
- iDEAL or PayPal: For online transactions via the webshop.
- Cash or card: For in-person class payments or studio purchases.
- All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
- Orders or class bookings are confirmed once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Deposits & Installments
For workshops or private mentorships, a deposit may be required to reserve your place.
Installment payments can be arranged for larger artworks or longer mentorship programs by prior agreement.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Artworks and Giclées)
- Processing time: Original artworks and giclées are packaged with great care and normally dispatched within 7–14 business days after payment.
- Shipping method: All parcels are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or a similar courier with tracking and insurance.
- Delivery area: Within the Netherlands, the EU, and worldwide (subject to shipping rates).
- Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout or quoted individually for larger works.
- Collection in person: You are welcome to collect artworks directly from the Bussum studio by appointment.
- Each artwork is securely packed to protect its surface and framing during transport.
5. Class Attendance & Cancellations
- Class fees are non-refundable once a course has started.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7–14 days may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future class.
- No refund is offered for cancellations within 7 days of the class.
- If a class is cancelled by TAM, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
6. Returns & Damages
Each artwork and print is carefully inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact - leone.tonkinson@gmail.com,
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Custom or commissioned works cannot be returned unless faulty.
7. Delivery Times
Typical estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs or courier delays, especially for international shipments.
