Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products offered by TonkinsonARTmasters (TAM), operated by Leone Tonkinson, Vliegdenweg 10, 1406 MZ Bussum, The Netherlands.

By booking a class, mentorship, or purchasing an artwork, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Application

These terms govern the sale of original artworks, giclée prints, and art-related products, as well as participation in workshops, mentorships, and online lessons offered by TAM.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment methods, deposits, and installment options are described in our Payment & Delivery Policy.

Orders or registrations are confirmed only after full or agreed partial payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Availability

Information about delivery times and methods is provided in the Payment & Delivery Policy.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

5. Class Bookings and Attendance

Workshop or class bookings are binding once confirmed.

Cancellations are handled according to the Payment & Delivery Policy (section on cancellations).

TAM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, teaching materials, and website content are the intellectual property of Leone Tonkinson / TonkinsonARTmasters unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Students retain full ownership of their own artwork created during TAM classes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TAM takes great care in providing safe and high-quality learning experiences. However, participation in classes and the use of materials are at the artist’s own risk.

TAM is not liable for accidental damage to personal property or injury unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Online Purchases and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, private buyers within the EU have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or commissioned works are exempt from this right.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court in The Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
